Refund Policy

We provide a flexible 60-day return policy for all items purchased from our store, calculated starting from the day your package is successfully delivered to your address. If you are not fully satisfied with your baby products for any reason, you are allowed to apply for a return within this 60-day valid period without complicated restrictions.
All refunds issued by our store will be processed solely in United States Dollars (USD). No other currency options will be available for refund settlements to maintain consistent and transparent financial processing for all global customers.
Once our warehouse receives, inspects and confirms your returned merchandise meets all return requirements, we will initiate your refund processing within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that the exact time it takes for the refund balance to reflect in your personal payment account relies on the independent processing schedule of your bank, payment platform or card issuer, which is beyond our control.
To be eligible for a full refund, all returned goods must stay unused, unwashed, undamaged and kept in their original complete packaging. All original accessories, tags, manuals and attached parts that came with the product must be included when you send items back. Any goods with visible stains, scratches, broken parts, missing components or obvious signs of heavy daily use will be rejected for full refund requests, and partial refunds may be offered at our sole discretion.
Prior to mailing back any products, you must submit an official return request via our customer support center. Our support team will send you the official designated return warehouse address and relevant return instructions. Any unauthorized returns shipped without submitting a formal request in advance will not be received, inspected or processed for refunds, and we will not take responsibility for lost unapproved return parcels.
Customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs generated when sending returned items back to our warehouse. Original shipping fees charged during your initial checkout are non-refundable under all circumstances, even if your full item refund is approved.
We reserve the right to decline return and refund applications for customers who repeatedly submit excessive return requests or return items that violate our return standards. If your returned items arrive at our warehouse damaged due to insufficient protective packaging during your return shipment, we reserve the right to reduce your refund amount accordingly based on the level of product damage.
